On July 19, Singaporean police issue a warning addressed to former investors of bankrupted gold investing firms regarding scammers’ activity.
According to the police, the swindlers have called investors of such firms as Genneva and The Gold Guarantee.
The deceivers positioned themselves as workers of recovery/litigation firms and offered paid services of returning failed investments back. Some of them event offered to purchase gold from investors at increased prices with subsequent offering to “reinvest” money in “reliable” substitutive schemes featuring fast income in short-term perspective.
Policemen advise people to be careful and ignore such calls, keeping in secret their private information.
Often swindlers even don’t incorporate a company, they just make up fake names.
